Ephesians 4:13 reminds us that a primary direction of the church is to move us together to that place where "we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

We take that seriously at Good Shepherd! God does not "save" us simply to deliver us from hell; He does it so to make us more like Christ during our time on earth.

In the power of the Holy Spirit, such maturity happens as we take part in ministries that are designed to help us grow in the knowledge of Scripture and in community with other Christians. Specifically, the growing milestone reminds us of the importance of classes and groups.

Our church is blessed to have a unique blend of high-level, content-heavy classes and life-strengthening small groups.
