Passage: Good Shepherd's School of Theology
Who: Anyone 16 and up
What: Whether you’re just beginning your walk, or have been on the path
for years, there are “passages” through which God intends to lead you, in order to draw you closer to Him. Passage classes are for anyone who wants to learn more about the Christian faith, yet they are also designed to challenge those who have been walking with the Lord for years.
How: Passage class details are available on-line at www.gsumc.org. Please register in advance, so materials and age-appropriate childcare are available. There is a nominal fee for some classes to pay for books and
materials. The fee is payable on the first night of class. Scholarships are available.
When: Classes begin the week of February 10. (This is a change due to church services being cancelled on Sunday, Jan. 31.) We offer three class times: Wednesday Evenings @ 6:30 PM, Thursday Mornings @ 10:00 AM, and Sunday Mornings @ 11:30 AM. Classes vary in length from 5 to 13 weeks.
Where: Good Shepherd Adult Education Wing and the Corner Campus
First Step: as in taking the first step in Walking Together, is our membership class at Good Shepherd Church. Led by Pastor Talbot Davis, the class explores core values, strategy, and ministries of Good Shepherd. First Step is a great introductory step to our church.
